Testing & Tagging involves testing electrical appliances and equipment for electrical dangers. The testing regime is prescribed by Australian Electrical Standards AS/NZS 3760. Simply speaking, appliances includes all electrical devices that plug into a wall socket.
RCD Testing
3 Phase Test and Tag
Three phase plugs and power leads are visibly different from standard household plugs found on most appliances. Equipment using these plugs operates higher voltages and amperage. From an electrical safety perspective, three phase equipment is still subject to the same regulations that prescribe electrical test and tag requirements. We are equipped and certified to complete any electrical test and tag jobs for three phase equipment.
Emergency Exit Light Testing

Electrical equipment in Australia can be found in several different plug sizes and variations depending on the amperage the appliance requires to operate. This does not always mean there is s a distinguishable 3 phase plug. Instead, the pins are just slightly wider than the standard household plug. This requires specialised adapters and different testing routines to complete the job. It's late at night / early in the morning/ on the weekend. Can I still contact you?
Of course! Chances are we might already be at work since a lot of our customers require us to do work outside of regular working hours. If we don’t pick up right away, we will call you back. Otherwise, send us a WhatsApp or SMS.
I need to reschedule. Will there be any fees?
No, we don’t believe in making our Customers pay if things don’t go to plan. Just give us a call and we can arrange another time and date.
I lost my test and tag results logbook
Please send us an email. We retain records of all test and tag job we completed and will send you the requested report.
If you require these records urgently, for example due to an audit, please contact us via phone. We will always require a follow-up email as the records may contain confidential information pertaining to your business’s electrical assets.
