At Electrical Test and Tag Perth we believe in being transparent about our prices!

The total cost of a test and tag job is often hard to estimate. This is because the prices for testing and tagging are charged by item.

However, most customers won’t know how many appliances they actually have. This makes it difficult to estimate the total cost of job.

The fact that most test ang tag companies do not disclose their price lists on their websites leaves you open to being overcharged.

At Electrical Test and Tag Perth on the other hand, we believe in full transparency on our prices!

Why an Estimate and NOT a Quote?

Testing and Tagging Pricing Model

Prices for testing and tagging are usually charged by “Tag”, or in other words, by appliance that has been tested. This pricing model works out well for customers since the cost is directly related to the work performed.

A quote with a fixed cost for the entire scope of the job will often have a generous margin of error priced in, usually due to the likely risk of needing to test and tag more appliances than anticipated. This often ends up being more expensive for the customer than being charged by item.
However, knowing this doesn’t help you understand the price of the job for your business!

For this reason, we have two tools to help you estimate prices.

Accurate Estimate for Testing and Tagging Prices.
No surprises when estimating testing and tagging prices.

The Estimating Advantage

The advantage of using our testing and tagging estimate calculator over just a list of prices, is that you can also work out a range in which the price will likely fall. Simply move the slider for the category from left to right a bit to get an idea.

If you have had testing and tagging done previously, you can compare prices by entering the number of tested appliances from the test and tag logbook/ report you received to see what we would charge for the same job.

Better yet, the estimator allows you to factor in travel and any other work you require completing.

As we said: no surprises!
